Status

Within the Status module, you can quickly view employee status – including the user’s full name, their current status, the last checkpoint where they were authorized, the last recorded event, and the exact time it occurred.

Registar

The Register module is intended for control point (CP) operators. It allows real-time tracking of authorizations at checkpoints or generating reports based on users or visitors for a selected period or checkpoint.
By selecting the desired parameters and clicking the Search button, you can generate the required report on-screen. Reports can also be exported in PDF and/or TXT format. Reports may apply to both employees and guests.

Reporter/ Reporter Plus

Reporter is a reporting system for generating and sending reports, including:

• Daily, monthly, and custom reports for a defined period
• Employee work hour calculations
• Employee check-in and check-out tracking
• Monthly statistics
• Work logs
• Option for automatic report generation and email delivery

Monitor

Monitor is a system that automatically tracks and notifies about irregularities, such as:

  • Unusual employee behavior
  • Early or late arrivals
  • Early or late departures
  • Short or extended work duration
  • Work logs
  • Automatic reporting and email alerts

Corrector

Corrector is a system that ensures automatic check-out of employees under predefined conditions.
It’s especially useful for tracking overtime in the field — for example, when an employee finishes work and goes home. Without Corrector, overtime might not be logged. With it, check-out is performed automatically at the end of the workday.

Visitor

The Visitor module manages guest registrations, providing a complete overview of scheduled visits.
It verifies visitors, increasing internal security.
Security staff have full insight into the guest registration and identification modules, supported by an automated self-guided system that directs visitors to their hosts.
In case of suspicious or unverified events, the system can trigger a security protocol with ease.

timeWORX HR MODUL

The HR Module simplifies planning and tracking of absences – whether it’s vacation, business trips, or days off.
It analyzes various types of approved, ongoing, and future compensations.
Employees with system access can submit leave requests, and once approved, these are entered into work calendars.
The HR department can view and print reports showing time spent on sick leave, vacation, or public holidays.

Tracker modul

Tracker logs all changes made within the timeWORX system and is available to admin-level users. It tracks:

  • User permissions and access to defined checkpoints
  • General user data and authorization settings
  • Employee work calendars
  • User login records

Scout

Scout serves as a hardware status indicator, monitoring terminal connectivity on the network — ideal for setups with multiple terminals. It displays:

  • Terminal model
  • ID/IP address
  • Firmware version
  • Connection timestamp
  • Number of users authorized on each terminal
  • Last full and incremental synchronizations

Within the Reports section, you can generate detailed reports by period, object, terminal, or checkpoint.

Arhiva

The Archive module offers access to past data without the ability to make changes.
Reports are available in the same format as in the Register and Reporter modules.

tW+ Module

Provides statistical insights into employee arrivals and departures.

  • tW+ InOut
    Generate periodic reports of employee check-ins and check-outs.
  • tW+ Day
    Generate reports for a specific day.
  • tW+ Location
    Generate reports based on a specific location.
